My fields of expertise are supply chain management, procurement, GSE spare parts, business administration and overall process improvement. My main purpose is to help our operations achieve, retain and develop customer satisfaction. While simultaneously working on a continuously improving execution of our primary process. I love tackling the many daily challenges that are so typical for the dynamic ground handling business. It gives me great energy to be at the center of things. On the other hand I continuously take initiatives to help the operations become less reactive. So that customer satisfaction and efficiency go hand in hand.
